Parmesan
- Grate parmesan with the microplane over a sheet pan lined with magic paper in an even layer.
- Transfer the sheet pan to a 325 degree oven and cook for 5 minutes.
- After the parmesan has cooked for 5 minutes, transfer to the back speed rack and cool completely before gathering gently and storing in a deli for service.
