330g brown butter, cool but fluid

500g sifted powdered sugar

300g ground almond flour

120g AP flour

330g whites

20g salt

10g vanilla

1. Mix the almond flour and powdered sugar. Add the eggwhites and mix until even.

2. Add the salt, vanilla, and brown butter, mixing until even.

3. Fold the flour into the batter. Transfer to a parchment lined half sheet pan and bake at 325 5 turn 5 minutes.
