Cocoa Nib Brown Butter

450g         butter

50g           cocoa nibs

1. Place butter and cocoa nibs in a small pot and place over medium heat. Melt the butter, and continue cooking until the butter browns. When the butter browns, strain the butter from the nibs and store in a deli at room temperature.
