Lumen aims to supply 5 millisecond latency to U.S. enterprises

Lumen Systems VP of Products Management, Cloud and Knowledge Solutions Chris McReynolds says the corporation is proactively developing out its cloud offerings in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
