Macadamia Butter

500g         macadamia nuts toasted for 5 turn 5 at 325

10g           salt

200g         sucrose

350g         evaporated milk

  1. Place macadamia nuts and salt in the cup of a blender and blend on high until they liquify.
  2. When the nuts liquify, add the sucrose and evaporated milk, and salt, and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to 200g piping bags and store in the low boy for service.
