burnt hazelnut buttercrunch

600g        bourbon buttercrunch toffee

600g        burnt hazelnuts toasted at 325 for 10 turn 10 minutes

 

  1. Place the burbon buttercrunch in the bowl of a robot coupe. Pulse until broken up to the size of rice. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Place the burnt hazelnuts in the same robot coupe bowl. Pulse until broken up to the same size as the toffee. Toss to combine and store in delis in the pantry.
